$35 Provides transportation for a dialysis patient to get to and from the dialysis unit for one week of treatment.
$50 Provides blood pressure cuff for a kidney patient with hypertension.
$100 Provides funds to send an adult camper to Kidney Camp for a weekend of boating, fishing and arts & crafts.
$150 Provides immunosuppressant medication for 1 week for a transplant recipient.
$300 Provides handicap transportation for a disabled dialysis patient for one week's treatment.
$500 Provides educational materials and dynamic speakers for the Annual Patient Education Conference.
